The February Lust List
This Valentines Day, I wanted to share the things that are currently making my heart go pitter patter. This year I say skip the cliche heart shaped chocolate boxes, and instead give me anything green, all the feathers and someone pls whisk me away from this frozen winter.

1. Celine, much?: I love a good chunky frame with bold lines, preferably in an interesting color. I am loving everything green and these gorgeous Azalee opaque olive sunnies from Spanish brand Meller is checking all the boxes for me.

2. Pearls with a twist: Keshi pearl bracelet, you had me at gold dipped. Can we say anklet of my dreams? Sure it is being sold as a bracelet, but we all know where I will be sporting this baby once the weather warms up! Find it at Monica Vinader.

3. Gorgeous gardenias: Is there anything more opulent than this stunning deluxe vine and bloom box featuring a nest of cut to order gardenia blooms and gently budding “vine” gardenias, courtesy of High Camp? The answer is no, and you should see the unboxing experience. Ephemeral luxury, indeed.

4. Chocolate Manicure: I couldn't get into wearing brown no matter how stylish my favorite influencers make it look online, but a brown nail I can do. I have selflessly tried all the Essie brown nail polish shades I could find and can now fully endorse Cold Brew Crew as the perfect milk chocolate brown shade and Take the Espresso as the best blackened chocolate. Now the Expressie line doesn't stay chip free as long as their classic line but these colors are much better browns with no weird purple undertones. You're welcome.

5. A bag that's anything but boring: Did I mention I am loving green right now? Hand painted, one of a kind & sure to bring on the compliments, this stunning Halfmoon Handbag in slime green is a great addition to any fashion maven's closet. 6. Feathers are a vibe: Maybe its the residual Taller Marmo effect from last Fall but I am loving this playful little trim on everything right now. Maybe that's why I bought these feather trimmed crepe trousers from Karen Millen and added maribou to a cropped blazer dress? Don't be surprised if I have a detachable feather strap or put feathers on a tee shirt. Seriously consider adding some of this playful drama to your wardrobe in 2023.

7. Modern Lockets: What a gorgeous way to carry images of your loves with you. Lockets have come a long way, and the gorgeous modern assortment at Monica Rich Kosann will make it hard to pick just one. Their slim solid gold Britt locket has caught my eye and is on my wishlist. They even allow you to upload pics and they'll print them to size, brilliant!

If you're not ready to make an investment in solid gold, Ashley Clarke does a damn good job of using sapphires as diamonds and gold vermeil to make a lovely modern locket anyone would want to wear everyday.

8. Mexico!: I don't know about you, but three months into our cold season and with second winter about to hit in North Idaho I would really like to see temps over 40. Domestic travel costs are absolutely bananas this summer so I suggest mixing it up and heading south of the border to Mexico. After way too much research, Puerto Vallarta's all inclusive resorts get my vote, as I am traveling with a bunch of kiddos the idea of being waited on sounds beyond amazing. And that beach doesn't look too bad either.

9. Like forever ever, forever ever?: Clearly someone in botany has understood the tragic reality that cut roses die way too soon, & is now introducing us to the infinity rose. They claim that with proper care these blooms can last up to a year, and they come packaged in these gorgeous luxury boxes. I am mildly obsessed with the single gold rose by Infinity Roses and would proudly perch one on my desk or dresser in 2023. Hint, hint.
