Shipping & Return Policy

S H I P P I N G  P O L I C Y 

 

F E R A L offers free ground shipping on all domestic orders within the 48 contiguous States.

After you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email.  Due to high order volume, domestic orders are processed within 2-3 business days pending availability and credit verification. Delivery addresses cannot be changed or edited after an order is placed.

Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with ship date confirmation and tracking information for your order. Shipping times vary; for standard USPS service, we estimate you will receive your order within 3 – 7 business days of its ship date. For USPS Priority mail 2Day, delivery will occur 2 business days after your order has been processed.

After delivery to the shipping address indicated on your order, F E R A L cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS service, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  Please note we cannot ship packages to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed after 12pm ET, Monday-Friday, will typically be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

International orders will be shipped via USPS Priority International. All orders will be shipped with insurance, and any tax, customs or import duties and fees will be levied by the company’s local government and are responsibility of the customer. This can range from 20% to 40% of the order value. Items will ship from Edmonds, WA (United States), with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in US dollars. Orders will be shipped per customer’s specified address. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred upon shipping.

Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or international shipping cost. Duty and tax charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by your country’s local carrier prior to delivery. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs are prior to purchase. F E R A L is not responsible for any duties, taxes or fees associated with the import and final delivery of your order.

D O M E S T I C  R E T U R N S 

We gladly accept returns on all items purchased at full price. Items must be undamaged and unused, and you must request a return within 10 days of delivery date. After 10 days all sales are final. Returns must include all original receipts, tags and all original accompanying packaging.

Please email info@feralferal.com with your order number and reason for return. You must get a RA # before returning items. We cannot iss­ue refunds for items returned without an RA #. Items must be mailed within 14 days of delivery. Items returned that are not in original condition or missing parts not due to our error will not be accepted.

Return shipping address will be provided by emailing info@feralferal.com 

 All shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable, and are at the expense of the customer. We suggest shipping via a method with tracking, as F E R A L is not responsible for any lost, undelivered or missing return packages.

Refunds will be processed in the form in which payment was received.

Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to process.

You will receive an email once return has been received and a refund has been approved or rejected.

We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies.

If you haven’t received a refund please check your bank account and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before you refund is officially posted.
